Your dollars go a long way in this hotel
I don't know if you can get any better than this with your money. The staff is knowledgable and helpful, with more amenities than you would expect with the price: free newspaper, internet access!!! Our room is not big, maybe it feels smaller than it really is because of the oversize bed. The location is a bit out of the way, but it provides free shuttle service to union square. It is also very much accessible with public transportation. I would definitely go back to this hotel when I visit San Francisco in the future.

The staff is swamped and never has time to help you. I changed rooms bc it stunk and the tv was broken. When I arrived in the new room, I found lady-blood stains on the sheets. FUCK YOU GOOD HOTEL -
The lobby leads you to believe this is a hip, Eco friendly hotel. It's hip and Eco friendly, but I'd barely call the broken tv, incredibly hard mattress and two flimsy pillows a hotel room.
