Be sure to find the Secret Pizza Place, or try any of our other amazing restaurants. You won't find any of these shops and restaurants anywhere else in Vegas.

The cosmo was built on 8 acres. If you picked it up, it would fit into the fountain at the bellagio!

User Reviews: The Cosmopolitan Las Vegas

Got what "Bill" Hotel Director called a "room invasion" at 11:30 pm this Monday night. They comp-ed me 125 bucks and promised, no, guaranteed my room security. They lied. Came back to room 4 hours later and door was wide open. Sigh. It took 12 hotel staff (dirty dozen), 4 additional door security issues, 24-hours and 4 embarrassing (so wife said) tirades by myself to be moved to some god awful premium `corner suite' and some serious sucking up by random staff. I will never-ever stay here; will never recommend this place. Staff was indigent, rude and never customer service orientated. (Engineering and room cleaning staff was a DREAM - thank you!) Do not stay here. I was able to identify 2 additional unsecured rooms my floor. This place is a thievery day dream. Come here if you want to steal what you can. The hotel staff won't care. In the end, I didn't (and still don't) want their money, I want someone to care.- Thom Disco, room 6683 - Beaverton Oregon. This comment will be deleted in ...

Stayed there 4 nights 10/26-/10/30 2011.
First day room not cleaned. Housekeeping had put the do not disturb sign out so as not to clean the room. Came back at 10:00 PM and found it like this. Asked for clean towels. Took 1.5 hours. Last night came back to find housekeeping had taken a smoke break in room (we don't smoke) and left cigarette butts and ash on the balcony. Manager checked and yes it did happen. He said words cannot express his dismay.

Security allowed guests to use elderly motorized carts. These 6 guys proceeded to race them in the hallways.

Lifeguard at pool(male) threw female lifeguard over the heads of guests into the hot tub. Fortunately, he missed hitting anyone.

Again, words failed the manager.

Place seems more like a college dorm than an upscale hotel and the place is beautiful but Deutsche Bank should not run a hotel.

I would not recommend this place to anyone but a college kid and they can't afford it.
