Nasty Attitude

We used to stay here whenever we visited Wilmington. The last time we stayed, the hotel clerk was extremely rude to me and when I was leaving kept yelling at me! I wrote a letter to the CEO of Best Western and nothing was done. Never would I recommend this place to anyone due to the treatment I received!
