Unfair Business Practices

I made advanced reservations as my husband & I were traveling across country over Christmas and were treating ourselves to a Christmas Eve in luxury. A snow storm shut down I 20 in and out of Dallas and we were forced to cancel our reservation. The desk attendant assured me I would not be charged. I was charged and when I called Kate the sales manager it took several calls and almost a week for her to call me back to tell me it was an advanced purchase and she would NOT BE REFUNDING MY MONEY even due to the storm she remembers was horrific and unusual for Dallas.

Great Downtown Hotel

The Adolphus is a great hotel that has been around forever. Their service is wonderful and can help you with anything in Dallas. It sits in a great location with easy access to both downtown and uptown hot spots. The decor is unmatched if you're looking for old-time class.

First Rate & World Class

The service at the Adolphus is absolutely impeccable. The staff is consistently friendly, caring, and helpful. Everyone really understands what customer service truly means. Jamal at the front desk is a star. The rooms are large and comfortable. Constant business travel can wear you down, and the Adolphus makes my travel something to look forward to whenever I'm in Dallas.
