Surprisingly unprofessional
My husband and I have had the opportunity to stay at many high-end hotels in our travels throughout the years. We chose The Stephanie Inn for our wedding and beginning of our honeymoon and were so grossly disappointed at the end of our stay. The staff and managers were extremely uptight and rude, consistently interrupting our conversations with friends and family throughout our event and into the next day. They disrespected our family and guests with snide comments and I was physically pushed by one of the male managers. We were very sad by this forceful behavior and wanted only to quietly celebrate with a wild ocean view and some privacy, but did not receive the latter. Although the view is beautiful, the price does not nearly equal the experience. Do yourself a favor and stay at a hotel in the same area where you will be treated with the respect you deserve. But for the record, the food in the restaurant was incredible and fresh.
