Kind and caring pet care
We had an elderly dog who beat a brain tumor. We were very protective of this dog and Pets Are Inn worked hard to make us feel comfortable with the care he received. They were always on top of his medication too. Even when it was constantly changing. We appreciate the kindness and care they showed both our pet and us.
lots of love for my pet while I'm away
At first I was (as most people are) wary of not seeing where my precious Chester was going to stay while I was away, but after meeting Donna and Al at their office my fears were eliminated. They showed me pictures of the host homes, and answered all of my questions with patience and complete concern for my puppy's welfare and happiness. I am very pleased that Chester visits the same host each time (3), and he makes himself right at home! The host sent pictures to me from the first visit, and notes of his activity all 3 times. Every time I called Donna or Al to check up on Chester, they promptly called me back and gave me a report. I am completely satisfied with their service and will use them again---and encourage anyone to trust Pets are Inn with their furry loved one. Carla Burns
Best Pet Sitting Service!!!
We have been using Pets Are Inn for several years now for our 2 Cavalier King Charles Spaniels. It's a great service. There is nothing better than knowing your "family members" are going to a warm home, getting lots of attention, walks, cuddles and playtime; much better than being couped up in a 6x6 kennel for a week! Our dogs get to go to the same host family everytime and now when the Pets Are Inn van pulls up to the house they get so excited, run out and jump right in, ready to go to their "vacation"! What a great feeling!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Pets Are Inn!
Almost the Worst Service Imaginable
We left our dog with Pets Are Inn for a week while we were out of the country. Mid-way through the trip they called to tell us the host had fallen on our dog and double-compound fractured her leg. We have since incurred almost $5,000 in medical expenses for the dog -- not a penny covered by Pets Are Inn or the host. They have NO insurance that covers an injury your pet sustains while in their care. (They claim no liability for injury.) The vet tells us our dog will never fully recover and will likely have severe athritis as a result of the breaks. To make matters worse, Pets Are Inn have since billed us for transporting the dog to the emergency vet after their host broke her leg. Never once have they even bothered to apologize for the event, for the pain they put our dog through, or ruining a good part of our summer. Avoid this service at all costs.

Highly Recommended !
Pets Are Inn made it possible for us to go on vacation and not worry about our dog. If you don't feel right leaving your dog all alone in a kennel with a cold concrete floor, this is the best there is (next to being at home). We found the most perfect host family for Ajax, our Boston Terrier! They love her almost as much as we do and have bought her toys & a cute double breasted coat! The host families love pets or they wouldn't be doing this. They give medication when necessary and you can feel confident that your pet is being cared for and then can enjoy yourself. Donna, Al, Diane & Judy ARE THE BEST!!!!!

Al and Donna of PetsAreInn in Plano Texas offer excellent service with a human touch. Their willingness to accommodate our pet on short notice because of last-minute airline problems and pick her up at the airport was an act of kindness for which we will be forever grateful. PetsAreInn of Plano-Texas provided quality service with added details such as photos of our pet, reports on feeding and general welfare that made us feel very comfortable with the boarding experience. Their intake questionnaire was very thorough about our pet's likes and dislikes. PetsAreInn is a very professional and caring boarding service. We will certainly use PetsAreInn for any future need to board our pet.

Gaston Loves Pets are Inn!!!
The story of the Runaway: Our family was in the midst of moving from one home to another. The front door was open while the movers were coming and going. Little Gaston was not happy. He saw a white van in front of the house, thinking it was a Pets Are Inn van he ran outside, around and around the van, looking for the door so he could jump in. The problem was it was the moving van. Finally I called Pets Are Inn and asked if they could take care of Gaston while we moved. It seemed Gaston could talk, he was saying "I need Pets Are Inn". He was a happy dog when the right white van rolled up!!!!
