This is not a 4 star hotel.This is not a 4 star hotel. Michelangelo himself would have been very disappointed to find out that they use his name.. The towels were forgotten to be put in our room along with shampoo. They never clean the room in time. The rooms need to be renovated. The bathroom amenities are in awful state. We had problems with shower, the water was not flushed properly and finally the lamp fell down in the bathroom while we were away. It was a mess in the bathroom when we came back and found out this. And at that time the room was not cleaned yet still! The staff was very rude to us. They argued with us and were not helpful at all.
