I wish I could review this hotel better! The hotel's exterior is stunning and the rooms (while small), were nicely done. But out of the three days I stayed there the rooms were barely made (and they didn't come until it was almost evening).

Then on the day that I checked out I realised that my suitcase had been rifled through. I had a few hundred dollars missing and my Chanel sunglasses were gone. I know for a fact both were there when I had left that day for a few hours before checking out. I should note that I would never accuse a hotel of things going missing unless I was 100% certain that I had seen both the money and my sunglasses in my suitcase before I left my room for the day. There was absolutely no way they could have been lost any other way.

The response from the hotel was a joke - saying they were sorry for the "inconvenience" but there is nothing they could do. An inconvenience would be forgetting to bring towels, not having 300 dollars and a pair of sunglasses go missing from the inside pocket of my zipped up suitcase.

There are many beautiful places to stay in London. While this one may provide charm please avoid to save yourself the trouble and book your stay elsewhere!
