Small rooms, but everything you need

The location is perfect. The recently renovated rooms include large flat screen TV's. The lobby and bar area features funky music.

Spectacular stay at The Tuscany

Rating: 10

Booked a "Shop Till You Drop" package here and had a great time. Arrived way earlier than check-in time and my spectacular room was ready! 500 square feet of luxe. The staff is very friendly and were practically falling over each other to cater to my needs. Room service rocks! The W Hotels have a Wherever/Whenever policy and they are not kidding! After I checked out, they stored my luggage while I prowled around the city in the sweltering heat. My train didn't leave until 7 PM, so I had all day to shop. They were nice enough to grant my request of letting me have another shower so I was all refreshed for my trip home. Now THAT'S what I call Wherever/Whatever! Thank you Tuscany!!!

I spent a long weekend at the W Tuscany and it was by far, one of the best hotels I have stayed at. The service was impeccable. When one of my family members took ill, the hotel staff offered to send up a local doctor and followed up 24 hours later with a phone call. The hotel rooms are large for NY standards while the hotel itself is small and quiet. And for the price, you can't go wrong.

absoultely loved it

I stayed for one night for my boyfriends birthday, I live in ny and visit many different hotels and resturants in Manhattan and never had a reason to write about them until now. I couldn't ask for better service. I had a birthday icecream cake that was melting by the time I got to the hotel. They took my cake and repaired and sent it to my room at the specific time I requested. I told them that it was a birthday and they gave me complimentary champane, breakfast and coupons for drinks at the bar. When I got to the room I was so delighted. The room was so romantic, sexy and sleek. The room had sexy red curtains and the bed had a metallic grey comforter. The room was so big, I was very pleased. This is by far the best hotel that I have stayed in NYC.

Welcome to wonderland

A great place to unwind and relax. Located two blocks from Grand Central Station. Small hotel features roomy accomodations and impeccable service. Front facing rooms feature views of the Chrysler building while rear-facing rooms offer obstruced views of the Empire State Building. The rooms feature beds with high quality sheets and pillows, 27 inch televisions with internet access, DVD and VCR players. Very outgoing, professional, courteous staff ensure you have a great stay. Pets are allowed, and there is a health club located on the second floor as well as a small bar.

The Tuscany rocked

Great hotel. The room was huge (for NYC), very clean, great location for both uptown & downtown. The staff was very attentive, very fun. Great view of the Chrysler building out of the window. Will definitely stay there again.

My boyfriend and I did a weekend package "away" at this hotel. While the spartan rooms are not my style, overall the hotel was a wonderful place to spend a weekend. Good service and a nice bar for evening activities.
