I stayed at this hotel with my family including 3 small children under the age of 4.  We awoke at 3:00 am to find that bed bugs were crawling on our face and body.  We moved our children to the couch and the adults stayed up all night.

We alerted the staff and they said although they are aware of this problem, they cannot do anything but change your room.  So we were forced to pay for the dirty room with the bed bugs.  I am so disgusted by the Sheraton and the way they handled this situation that I have already written letters to both the Corporate Office and local newspapers.

My goal is to save another family from going through this truly horrific experience.
