Had an amazing time! The food is great and the people are very friendly. Keep in mind, when your there, your on Bahama time, so here's a tip.... be patient and get used to it.

The staff is terrible! Waiting an hour to check in, not cool!

Staff is not as attentive as you would expect at a nice resort. Gratuity is added to every bill and drinks are expensive. Only here for one night thank goodness

They dont have mojitos at the pool!!?? Italian restaurant downstairs is terrible and service overall is bad. But pools and rooms are nice good beach too.

Food ia expensive but good except for the grill outside dont eat there its gross. The italian restaurant downstairs is delish! Overall lovely hotel!

La pieza no incluye refrigerador, pero por 10 dólares al día podes tener uno. Se paga solo si lo llenas con cervezas y snacks comprados afuera de hotel a 1/4 del precio!

Crappy service at swim up bar!!!

Remember gratuities are mandatory and *already* included in your bill, even of the services (bellman, maid) is not used. Save some money, don't tip extra unless you receive extraordinary service.
