We stayed in the Expedition building.  It was during September (so total off season) for a romantic weekend getaway without the kids.  The condos were beautiful.  The bathroom was big and had nice toiletries and lots of towels.  There is a nice full kitchen fully stocked with everything you need. Nice bedroom and balcony.  
Only complaint about the room is that it had a VCR (pretty obsolete) instead of a DVD player.  We actually brought our own, but the TV's are bolted inside cabinets so we couldn't get to the connectors.
The place looked very family friendly with playgrounds accross the street and a 9 hole mini golf course.
The restaurants and shops (and of course Starbucks) are right accross the street also.  IF you like to be around people though, the off season is a little sparse (but I guess that's why it's the off season). Lifts and Gondola are right there.  The area is beautiful and well kept.  The pool and hot tub are well kept and in a nice setting and a good temperature.
Would definitely recommend. Plan on going back.
