Meeting staff is great as is front desk, concierge and parking. We love it here.

This hotel has decent service. If you don't know what to do for dinner, ask a staff member. A lot of them know a lot I'd cool places in the city.

Nice hotel...horrible service! Not a convenient location in terms of restaurants/shipping being a short walk away. I wouldn't stay here again.

If you use the free wifi in the lobby (select the 24 hour free option) it also becomes free in the rooms - otherwise the free option is not available when in the hotel rooms!

The construction goes on all night. Maybe one should avoid a room with a view.

There are two or three hotels in the same block that are pricey but at least I hope they treat you better. This hotel thinks you should be thanking them for charging you a lot for nothing.

This hotel doesn't have bad service they just have the worst I have seen in a while.
