    • Unfortunately, this hotel seems to be riding on its convention center location more than the usual standards for a 5 diamond hotel. Clogged sink, cracks in the door, worn-out carpeting, dirty windows.

    • Be wary of the pizza places leaving menus under your door. Some are scams as they will take your cc # when you order and needless to say you won't be getting any pizza. Report them to management.

    • Great location if you're here for a trade show. Very polite and helpful staff. Walls were thin though and the water didn't get hot enough for me. Would stay here again though.

    • Great staff except for the housekeeping supervisor. Legit semen stains on comforter. Supervisor argued with me that it was clean. Had to go through 6 (not exaggerating) comforters to find 1 clean one.

    • Envy did not know how to cook a steak sandwich correctly, bath robe had Hugh orange stain, dirty sheets under mattress, no remote for TV, staff was nice, building is nice, close to monorail!

    • Hotel bar is just steps from the pool with some good specials. Just ask for your drink in a pool glass. Nice rooms, just hope for quiet neighbors: ditto on the thin walls complaints.

    • Thinnest walls. I could hear someone sneezing, there was a baby next door that screamed @ 4am with parents who used the phone so loud I could hear the person on the other line.
