What a DUMP!!!!
We booked this hotel for its fairly low rates and the fact that it is located on the beach. When we arrived we were given a room in that had not been cleaned and had the furniture in complete disorder. The staff is non-existent. The front desk was more concerned with personal phone calls and breaks to even bother to accommodate our needs. In spite of all of this they were reluctant to give us a refund and took their time about it. It's obvious that they have no concern for their guest. By all means do not stay there!
This place is TRASH including service!
Our room had not been cleaned (we checked in at midnight). The room was TRASHED. NO apology from the front desk, we politely requested another room. He gave us another room that was cleaned (half assed). We took the really old elevator back downstairs and asked the Concierge for a number for a pizza place. Without a word and a dirty look, he gives us a number. We go back to our room and pick up the phone. No dial tone. THE PHONE WAS PULLED out of the wall and WIRES WERE EVERYWHERE. We took pictures to show to the travel agency that booked us. We got our deposit back and LEFT. Our deal was $250 for 4 nights on a holiday weekend. Let me tell you, IT IS NOT WORTH IT. You will only be dissapointed and treated like filth at this Ramada.
