    • In-room wifi Internet sucks. Had to go to hall to find network, then would only work for a few minutes at a time in room before returning to hall to pickup signal again.

    • Not impressed with this hotel. Several occasions where amenities were available but were never offered. Not the "4 Star" hotel it proports to be. Recommend reviweing all amenities before you stay.

To be fair to this hotel, it's a bit nicer than the usual Radisson.  For one thing, it's in Norway, which means that things run like clockwork.  The room we had was spotless and efficient, just like most of Norway, but it also had a balcony overlooking the park and the harbor beyond.  The restaurants are not exactly elegant, but the breakfast buffet is one of the best I have seen anywhere.  For bedding down in Bergen, this place gets my vote for location alone.  The seamless service and nice indoor pool and steam baths are merely a bonus. I repeat, this is not the typical Radisson in Des Moines.
