Horrible Hotel Experience

Took over an hour to check in with one stop at a room with a king size bed when our reservation was for 2 doubles for 4 of us! Pool was being run by a large group of totally unsupervised kids who beat up on my son and management didn't care in the least - told me if they kicked the kids out of the pool area they would just be running the halls disturbing other guests. And those fancy Sleep Number Beds? Don't bother unless you like sleeping on soggy air mattresses.
