Stayed there recently, the quality and service simply does not compare to the rest of the area's establishments, I should know because I've been there quite a few times and tried a few.

The staff was really helpful and the rooms were very, very nice. It is an actual 5-star hotel but its prices are quite reasonable and I've been informed that there are also various discount offers throughout the year, especially if you book online at their website.

They also run one of the classiest spa centers I've ever been in, very high-standard establishment all in all. There are one or two other so-called 5-star hotels in the area, but I believe this one actually deserves the rating. Go look for pictures or videos online and you'll see what I mean.
