Very Satisfied
In town for Jazzfest, I was very pleased with the accomodations and treatment that I received from the Pontchartrain. Unless you are dying to be down in the Quarter the Garden District ended up being the perfect location. Only a half mile from Commander's Palace and the street car right out in front of the hotel. Not to mention the history of the hotel and the tastefully done renovations. I can honestly say that I may have found a hotel that I will be pleased to return to.
Will Come Back
Unless you are dying for the Quarter this is a perfect spot. Only a half mile from Commander's Palace and the streetcar line is right out front. You can easily make your way downtown or head uptown and go to the park or riverbend.
