Don't even consider this place

They claim the resort was remodeled in 1998. I'd hate to see what it looked like before. The rooms are falling apart, not to mention dirty. Everything from the carpet to the furniture is stained and the bathrooms are filthy. The gaps between the walls and the A/C units are filled with towels and duct tape. You'll have to buy paper products because the kitchens are stocked with next to nothing. You might think it was just one bad room, but we were offered a tour of four additional rooms available and each was worse than the previous. And the lobby was always busy with customers venting their complaints. Not my idea of a pleasant vacation. You're better off sleeping on the beach.
