Bad customer service

DON'T EVEN THINK OF STAYING HERE! We had to cancel our reservation 5 days out. When we notified The Castle they did not tell us that they were going to charge us the FULL room rate plus another $25. That's right, it cost us $245 to NOT stay there. My wife called several times during the week prior to make sure there was no problems with our cancellation and the manager never returned her call. There are many great B & B's in Temecula, this is not one of them.

Horrible customer service

DO NOT STAY at the Castle Bed & Breakfast! If you have to cancel your reservation they will not only charge you the room rate, but another $25 on top of it for not showing up! It is impossible to get a hold of anyone on the phone and when you do, it is some obscure relative who has no information or knowledge of the business or its policies.

Best Bed and Breakfast in Southern California Wine Country

From the first welcoming smile, to the charming rooms and grounds, my husband and I knew we had found a real treasure at the Castle B&B. Each room is fantastic and we look forward to coming back and staying in each one. The breakfast was indeed awesome and your warmth and friendliness made our stay perfect. We will use our experience at the Castle as the standard for all other B&Bs we plan to visit.
