This hotel is pure awful. you will wait fifteen minutes for an elevator. And that's the least of the problems. Do not stay here. -
Bons quartos, bem localizado. A recepção é uma esculhambação! -
Wifi $15/night per device, but you can pickup Starbucks' free wifi in lobby. No coffee maker, refridge, or conditioner in room. Rooms far less fancy than lobby. Great location. -

Way to fancy lobby and then you go in to the room and way less fancier , it dosnt even have a fridge no tv guide and ac makes to much noise -
Beware: bedbugs. -
WiFi and cell signal here sucks. there's no cell phone coverage in the meeting halls and they have limited WiFi sessions. terrible place for conferences. get there early or you'll be offline. -
WiFi Connectivity is very Inconsistent, you may have WiFi Signal on your iPhone or Blackberry but No Internet Connection, Disappointed :( -
The water is week in the bath, wireless is expensive and the stuff is not very polite at all. Never again. -

This hotel is a good option -
$3.25 to store a piece of luggage.. Cash only.. -
Don't pay the $14 per person per 24 hrs wi-fi charge, just sit in the lobby and pick it up free from the cafe next door! -
Subway sandwich across the street. -

No fridge in the room, weak water pressure in the shower. Is this really a hotel? I've got better quality in a hostel!! -
Fantastic location -
On the lobby level choose your floor BEFORE you get in the elevator … once you're in the elevator you can't! -
The Starbucks was once a barbershop & location of one of history's most notorious mob hits on October 25, 1957 when Albert Anastasia was shot to death. -
This hotel is just across the Carnegie Hall and 1 block from th Central Park.
