Elevators are a bit of a disaster but other than that, pretty okay hotel for NYC standards -
Very good place to be. I recommend it. -
Poor cell coverage even in rooms. I've got no signal from Tmobile in my room n poor signal from AT&T. -
Nice lobby, big rooms for NYC, big bathroom too. Amazing AC. elevators suck. -
Beware the central pit in the park central. Stuff goes in, nothing comes out. -
Never a dull moment. I bet they own the giant rat. -
WLAN is per device - BUT you can reuse it on anorher device. Still too expensive imho -
Order your airport transportation from the doormen in front. Made the mistake of going to the concierge.. overpaid by about $40. -
WiFi and cell signal here sucks. there's no cell phone coverage in the meeting halls and they have limited WiFi sessions. terrible place for conferences. get there early or you'll be offline. -
WiFi Connectivity is very Inconsistent, you may have WiFi Signal on your iPhone or Blackberry but No Internet Connection, Disappointed :( -
The water is week in the bath, wireless is expensive and the stuff is not very polite at all. Never again. -
do yourself a favor & walk 2 blocks and stay somewhere else. other than location, everything about this "hotel" is terrible. -
crappy hotel - great location.... -
This hotel is a good option -
With 15,000 sq ft of space, 12 meeting rooms, three boardrooms and exhibition space, and a grand hall that can hold 500 people. -

Don't pay the $14 per person per 24 hrs wi-fi charge, just sit in the lobby and pick it up free from the cafe next door! -
You pay the Internet connection per device. No sense... -
Subway sandwich across the street. -

Rooms good size and clean. You can find lower rates for this hotel direct at their website. Better than discount sites. -
No fridge in the room, weak water pressure in the shower. Is this really a hotel? I've got better quality in a hostel!! -
Very good location, nice ambiance but rooms are not at the same standard -
Fantastic location -
On the lobby level choose your floor BEFORE you get in the elevator … once you're in the elevator you can't! -
The Starbucks was once a barbershop & location of one of history's most notorious mob hits on October 25, 1957 when Albert Anastasia was shot to death. -
great location and good savings on the website. -
