While it's agreed that the Frito Pie and mac and cheese are both hunks of heaven on earth (the goat cheese is an excellent touch), don't leave without trying one of their famous fried pies.

The Frito Pie @ Lambert's (it may not be on the menu - ask the waiter) is to die for! It's made with goat cheese and BBQ.
