Very good "hardware" but unfortunately the service is not to international Park Hyatt standards.

I preferred the 'hidden' lobby bar. It has a nice and quiet atmosphere. A cigar bar indeed. My wife says they make the best vodka Tom Collins!

The lobby bar boasts amazing views of the Bund. Stop in for a drink even if you're not staying here.

For a drink with nice view go up to 91F without paying entrance to the tower.

Probably the best hotel I ever stayed. Free wifi. Awesome staff. Excellent service.
