What ever happend to customer satisfaction?
I don't really know what a B&B is supposed to consist of but for the $300 bucks we shelled out the very least we expected was great customer service. Unfortunately, this place made me feel like a pest for the one night we were there. I suggest maybe some communication classes to brush up on the people skills that are lacking within the business Megan. We did feel better the next morning when a much nicer inn keeper served us for breakfast which was delicious! Overall, the Jackson building is nice but the neighborhood it's in is falling apart. The bathroom door to our room wouldn't close, and the snacks we were promised turned out to be watered down lemonade and a few cookies so don't expect any fruit like their website says.
