The water park rocks i love it rooms are awesom -
It's nice when the staff tells you that they don't stress broken things, it's to be expected when your at an all kids resort! -
The experience for the kids is great though! -
The character breakfast is waaaaaaay overpriced! They charge as much for breakfast buffet as they do dinner buffet! -
Great place for the kids, ok for the adults. Lifeguards are superbly trained! The "cafe" has a gr8 breakfast, but I had 2 terrible dinners. -
Great for the young ones when their room has their favorite characters on the walls!! -
Nice experience for kids...rooms are very overpriced to be so simple. Your paying for the name. -
Boy were we deceived..... Ghetto is an understatement -
Security is a joke. Hope you never need them. Food at Uno is horrible stay away from there. Pools are nice & slime washes out of clothes with soap & water. -
If you plan on spending a whole day at the pool reserve a cabana days in advance. The Florida sun is brutal. -

Check in process is inefficient -
Don't forget to see the slime show... great fun! -
Watch for the FL specials... the rooms are well-priced if you get a good special. Great for the kids... they have their own little room and the pools are really nice. -
Say hi to the swan! -
Let your kids have fun!if they can't have fun here where can they?Dont yell @them.Let them be kids & run & play.If other guests can't take their noise why did they pick Nick? -
Rooms are great! It's so nice to stay at a hotel with more then just 2 beds and a tv! Some many free shows! Kids will want to stay at slides and not waste money at parks! Great for saving money! -
Rooms are over price and all you can eat is 2 much money and the food is not even good. I'm not to happy with this place but its great 4 kids. -
Glad to see the tim capsule from Universal Studios is here! -
It's ok. Wouldn't stay again for the money we paid. Looks like they gave away rooms to welfare participants. -
Have dinner in the food court and watch for characters to come out and get your pic taken with them. And get the unlimited 4D movie passes. Well worth it. The daily sliming is cool too. -
Go to Nick for the Slime of your life. -
Avoid the mango -

Nice!
We loved this hotel. The rooms were nicely themed and the children had their own space. Our room had a door that separated us and the chil...
good for kids, but not for a long time
while the 3 tv in each room is an added plus, the pull out couch beds are ancient and dirty, the beds were short sheeted everynight and there were no blankets in the room for which we had to keep calling. The character breakfast is NOT worth the money, maybe 1 or 2 characters comes through for $80 for a family of 4 and the buffet is cold. The food options are fine if you are there for 2 days but after that you had better hope you have a car. The kids arcade was great for kids as were the computers and pools, the late night shows were fun for the whole family, the shuttle bus to Universal studios is very dirty has no a/cor toilet and only comes home 1 time daily and it takes an hour, and with little kids it should have a toilet. Overall i was ok with it for a few days, but i wouldnt rush back, my girls had fun though
