    • Great hotel gym!
    • This place needs WiFi!!! Very chill place to hang. Pool table is nice if conversation isn't exciting. Sushi is yum, and there is a drink called the cucumber cooler that is delish!
    • The breakfast migas are awesome! Dine alfresco if weather permits
    • Poolside service is a joke. No towels til 1 and 1 waiter for bar and pool. Service isn't their priority.
    • Rockfish Seafood Grill us nearby. Highly recommend.
    • Sushi rolls are incredible small and breakfast? = not good at all.
    • This place is a tad too much into itself. The price is right though and if you use the correct magic words, you can knock about 1/3 off of your stay. Think about businesses that are nearby...
    • Place is a knock off of a W or The Loft. Service is really bad and breakfast is a joke. Don't order the "Migas", it is basically nocho chips with scrabbled eggs.
    • Last call at 12. Pool side tables and beds r a must try!!
    • Sushi is ok but the pool side is freaking cool!!!
    • Second greatest hotel in the Dallas area! :)
    • 20% Food and Beverage discount, not inclusive of alcohol, to all Nokia travelers/local associates who show their Nokia ID
    • Has a great pool area! And groozy furniture ;-)
    • Great place for a quite drink after work

Treated with absolute disrespect by managemet.

During my second night at the hotel I was informed in a very condescending tone that alcohol was not allowed on the property and that we were in violation of NYLO policies (I was neither loud nor obnoxious, my boyfriend and I were in the confines of our own room and had opened the door to go to dinner downstairs when the manager walking by peered in and saw an open bottle of alcohol).  I politely replied that we had no idea alcohol was not allowed - I had booked online and never seen such a policy and from previous knowledge had believed as long as a person was of age he/she was allowed to have alcohol in their room at every previous establishment I had stayed at.  The food/beverage manager then claimed I had signed a form stating that I knew there was such a policy.  I kindly replied that I had signed no such form but had no problem removing the alcohol from the room if that was the issue. I was then asked to evacuate from my room immediately.  When I asked why I had never seen a 'no alcohol policy' form and was now being held to it the woman at the front desk (as no manager was willing to speak with me at this point) stated that as an establishment NYLO Las Colinas stopped having guests sign the form when they checked in because some guests were offended by it.  Frankly, I'm offended that I was booted from my room in such an abhorrent manner without ever being made aware of any such policy.  Furthermore, I'm offended that I had to pay for such an unsatisfying experience. Loved the hotel until treated with such disrespect - would never stay there again.
