“O Moinho da Bibi” was originally built in the 19th century and was used as a windmill until the first half of the last century.

In 1999 the present owners decided to buy the ruins and rebuild it, keeping the original architecture, and turn it into a country house, which was classified as state patrimony in that same year. The restoration was completed in 2001.
