Very Upset Customer

The Miramonte Resort and Spa is a Horrible place. The night of our stay in what is supposed to be a 4 star resort. The air conditioning did not work. The refrigerator in our room did not work. I found out after our stay that they authorized my Visa card for hundreds of dollars more than my bill without my authorization. The Resort personel told me do this in case of incidental charges. Even though I have my final bill, they still have tried to authorize my card for more money. Stay away or risk being Ripped Off by this horrible Hotel and Spa !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
