1. Rude and unprofessional staff 2. Small beds 3. Not worth for money 4. Not good for family 5. Prefer spending night in car rather than staying in this hotel 6. Bath tub chokes with water 7. They don't give what they claim on the web site

best over night sleep

newly remolded with new comfortable beds, new linens, towels, carpeting. have stayed at williamsville microtel many times during their remodeling and i can honestly say i am enjoying the improvements. only two miles from airport, it is very quiet. have park and ride with shuttle available to airport. continental breakfast has been improved also along with the remodling. employees have been very helpful with any info needed.
