Silicon Valley's Worst

Stayed there for 4th of July, will never again. They have wheelchair accessible rooms but the shuttle service to Great America isn't. Make sense? No! Were they helpful in providing us accessible transportation? No! Our entire party walked. Then when we complained afterwards, the management said Oh, we could have called Holiday Inn, well why didn't the idiots at the desk know that? Security could not control the 30+ teenagers walking in from off the street and the fire alarm was pulled by one of them. And before checking it out they begans yelling and banging on doors to evacuate. Idiots! My 15 year old daughter, my nephew in a wheelchair and my other nephew went to the Sports Bar & Grill for lunch, they waited 20 minutes and no one even acknowledged them to seat them!
