San Francisco Marriott is amazing!
Had stayed here on 26 floor during my San Francisco visit...Amazing place, very hospitable staff, clean and well furnished rooms...Love the ...
Nice place to have a meeting or hotel stay
With the professional, well-kept atmosphere, excellent customer service, and prime location, this is a excellent place to stay.
saved me from the westin
After having a bad experience at the westin, i switched to the marriott and was very grateful. I am platinum with starwood and marriott, but the westin staff really didn't care. The staff at the Marriott treated me amazingly, upgraded me to a junior suite, let me see rooms to ensure they were quiet enough before i checked in, and of course the concierge lounge was open w/ free drinks and appetizers. Marriott's rooms, while not decorated nicely as the westin (good old pink & green...) were much quieter. The concierge was helpful and had giant books of all the menus of every restaurant in town. All staff (front desk, etc..) were **much** more friendly than at the westin. Plus, the marriott had HBO and high speed internet available. I know starwood points are nice, but they're really just not worth it sometimes...

Free wifi in the lobby area but it's $14.95/night in guest rooms. -
You MUST checkout The View on the 39th floor! Have at least one drink and watch the sunset! -
The beds are amazing!!! -
Wifi back on. Am in my room now with a full connection. -
There *is* free Wi-Fi under the network named Marquis_guest. Worked for me in my room and in public areas. -
No bedbugs! -
To save money, you can eat at Mel's Drive In Diner at corner, Starbucks down 4th St is cheaper than hotel, stores, pharmacy and other less expensive shopping options are very nearby. -
No wifi anywhere!! -
The only hotel in SF without in room wifi? #fail -
Go to the 39th floor, have a drink at the bar and enjoy one of the best views of San Francisco -
This hotel's Internet service makes dial up look fast. You're better off tethering to your phone to go online. ATT 3G signal is full strength. -
Net connection is ridiculously slow, booth at the lobby and inside the rooms -
What?! No wifi!! -
super friendly hotel staff. their bedding linens are heavenly made. -
IMHO-This is the no-brainer 1st choice Marriot if you're staying in the Financial District of San Francisco. The View on the 39th fl is a must! -
No wireless internet inside your hotel room. -
Desserts @ Concierge (18th floor), 7:30 - 10 pm, Sunday to Thursday. -
Make sure you ask for a room "AWAY" from the church bell! Then your stay is guaranteed to be delightful! -
This Starbucks WiFi goes all the way across the street to the Marriott conference rooms! -
Starbucks can mitigate the windowless conference room effect - somewhat -

Great restaurant nearby. Try john's grill and order the escargo, lamb chops, and flan! -
Don't touch the food in your room. It's a trap! A cheap one at that -
TV in high rise suite #fail. Digital cuts out sound and hotel advice to watch analog is lame as it stretches image. What a waste. -
Packed hotel bar. Non descript but busy. -

Unless you're on a VC-flush-with-cash expense account, avoid theVIEWlounge on the 39th floor. A couple friends, wine, cheese platter: $130.00 ouch. Awesome view though.
