Great customer service
Wen I called a few days before my check in day I called to confirm my reservation and even on the phone I noticed the good customer service. When we checked in the bell hop and front desk staff were very nice and helpful. We got notch customer service from the front desk, concierge, and bell hop . The only scar on the customer service was at the resturant Champions, one wait staff there was just short of being down right rude. The night before the staff there were as nice a everyone else at this hotel. One other problem as that the weekday housekeeping did not fully stock my room. The hotel has a good exercise and pool area.

I stayed there for V-Day and had a great time there,breakfast in the morning was great and the service was nice.
Horrible sleep
This hotel may have a wide array of services and be conveniently located, but they forgot to ensure quality sleep. The 4 inch thick mattress left me very sore and sleep deprived. Considering the price of the hotel, this was not a good value.
