Rodent in my room

Saw a rodent run across my room last night at this hotel. The front desk gave me a new room, but did not even offer to help me with my luggage as I switched rooms at Midnight!! In addition even my new room has a sticky rodent trap in it. Avoid until they find a good exterminator!!
