    • Room service staff are sweethearts! Everyone who works here have been very pleasant and helpful. Wonderful vacation experience!
    • If you lose your room key they won't charge extra for replacements. Complimentary coffee/tea/hot chocolate is pretty tasty. They'll give you as many cups to put in the machine as you like.
    • The best poolside entertainment I've ever experienced. Movie, volley ball and a huge splash pad!
    • The juice in the lobby is absolutely delicious!
    • Noisy guests all day long!
    • They had bowls, water and tags waiting for my dogs!
    • Get your wake-up call customized to have a Universal character call you in the morning!
    • Okay service is excellent throughout the property!!!! Avoid getting a garden view room that faces the front entrance, it seems as if they have not kept up the landscaping, looks more like an eye soar!
    • Nice hotel but when you want to go back and clean up before dinner we kept having to leave for them to clean. Wish they'd clean the rooms earlier :/
    • Bundle Up..the rooms are chilly, I love it this way but others may not!
    • Continental breakfast is really expensive.
    • Continental breakfast is really expensive.
    • Order room service for your pet....really!
    • $15 to self park, $30 to Valet for a day, $22 a day if your STAYING at the hotel. Can be validated at the hotel restaurants to make it $6 but there is a $20 minimum Only saving you $4! What a rip off!
    • Free parking back by the Pacifica ballroom, eliminating the $15 a day self parking fee in front.
    • there aren't too many vegetarian options here on the resort or at city walk. just stick to drinking
    • Everything at Islands Restaurant is local, cage-free and free-range. The other restaurants probably are too. Also, each room has a recycling bag.
    • The Bacon Steak at breakfast was AMAZING! Thick and VERY rich; you've been warned. =) And also, the chicken sausage pizza was surprisingly good considering it was gluten-free.
    • make sure u specify "no smoking". we got a disgusting smelling room and had to switch; this ain't Disney!
    • Rooms are chilly. They serve free lemonade in the lobby after 3pm. Closest to the parks of the three hotels.
    • There's a Keurig coffee machine in each room! Cool beans.
    • For some reason our room hasn't been made up yet. It is 6:49 pm and I called at 4. Other than that, it is a nice resort
    • Stay at one on-site hotel, enjoy complimentary access to the pools and amenities at the other two on-site hotels (just be sure to carry your room key with you).
    • Jump the pool fence at night and swim in your underwear and/or topless, the security guy was totally nice about kicking us out
    • It is about a 7 minute walk from the pool gate at Royal Pacific to the entrance to CityWalk (next to Margaritaville). If you want to be close to CityWalk or IOA, this is it!
    • Kumanwana Drinkya at Jake's is a Scorpion Bowl for those from New England. It is very good but expensive at +/- $21
    • Some of the staff and crew stayed at the fabulous island-themed resort. Be sure to check out the beautiful lobby.
    • Nice clean rooms. Breakfast buffet was the best!!! Emeril's Tchoup Tchoup is a really nice atmosphere as well.
    • Hotel room keys double as early admission to parks
    • Ask for a room in tower 1. It offers great views of the park, not the interstate.
    • Can be chilly in his hotel, even with a/c off. Pack a sweater.
    • Can get a bit chilly in these rooms, even with the A/V off. Bring a wrap, or sweater.
    • Cuban panini...and sushi are both good choices
