this hotel is amazing! best place to stay if you're going to universal!

I've stayed at a lot of hotels and this one is easily in my top 3.

If you see Didi the Bellman come say hi at Luggage Services also request him to take your bags up because he is just THAT rad.

A lot of my friends stayed here while we were in town and they all loved it! Don’t forget to swing by The Thirsty Fish for a great view of the lagoon and some adult beverages. Ciao!

Hot chocolate samplers with marshmallows in the lobby - super rich and creamy! Try it.

They have an excellent series of jogging trails, ask the concierge for a map!

At this hotel, you have the esteemed privilege of paying 15 dollars a night for self parking. Or if you really want to feel honored, pay 22 dollars a night for valet parking.

This is a great hotel. The staff at all the restaurants is SO friendly.

Stay at one on-site hotel, enjoy complimentary access to the pools and amenities at the other two on-site hotels (just be sure to carry your room key with you).

It is about a 15 minute walk along the waterway to get from Thirsty Fish (bay-side bar & cafe at Portofino Bay) to the turnstiles at Universal Studios Florida. Or take the watertaxi every 15 minutes!

This place is awesome. Single cup coffee machines in your room, your room key is an UNLIMITED use Express pass, AWESOME!!

This place is first class! Beautiful suites, amazing restaurants, and just a water taxi ride to the Parks.

Get a room on the bay... Totally worth it! You get the 7:30 opera show. Bring your dog... It is pet friendly!

Use your room key to skip to the front of the line at many of the rides at Universal

8 different restaurants and lounges, 3 themed pools, and Italian opera singing at night... perfect.

The villas at this hotel are the best option.

Had a panini at Sal's Market deli- good. All staff are very friendly.

Beautiful resort! I've stayed here twice and I've had such a great time. Highly recommended by me.

Don't get the coffee at the cafe near the ice cream shop... $3.45 for a small..built for dumb
