This resort used to be the Fiesta Americana, owned by Grupo Posadas. The resort was only open for 8 months before being destroyed the Hurricane Wilma in 2005. Now the same owners have relaunched it as the Aqua Hotel, a new brand of "high-end lifestyle hotels" (egads!). It is now Live Aqua Cancun.

    • Secret hot tub with waterfall alertDirections: from the main entrance go in the direction of the pool. On your left you will see sign "Outside spa". It's hidden in the greenery. Go into it & have fun!
