Good Job!!

Rating: 6

*Food--The chef does a wonderful job in making sure that the restaurant serves good food. *I have toured the kitchen and I can tell you that the chefs and cooks are busy with their work to cook some good food. You should go there to try it out. *Breakfast--I went there once for breakfast and wanted to eat more, had to stay away from the muffins and fruit. Nice atmosphere, spacious. My parents have gone there on occasions also, they have enjoyed it too.

Great Sunday Brunch Buffet

Rating: 10

The Sunday brunch buffet is amazing. My wife and I stayed at the Little America for our anniversary and had Sunday brunch before we left. It was a little pricey but well worth it. The food was amazing and the selection was huge. Table upon table of mouth watering food to satisfy every craving. I will definitely go to the Sunday brunch again...and bring more people with me.

Best Buffet I've ever had

Rating: 10

I've eaten at many buffets, including those recommended in Las Vegas and the buffet at the Little America Hotel out did them all. Our service for drinks was a little slow, but the food was so good I hardly noticed. If you're in Salt Lake City, it's worth staying at the hotel (very reasonable rates) just to go there.

good cooking

Rating: 8

From the moment you walk in the service is awesome. Great for dinning alone, with a friend, family and perfect for company meetings. The food rocks, the deserts are awesome.

Bang for your buck!

Rating: 10

We love the rolls, everything that we have ever tried on the menu has been fabulous! And the desserts are absolutely divine!!! The service has always been terrific and the wine is relatively priced well. The atmosphere is nice and quiet too! The quality of the food is great. We always leave fat and happy!!

Family Tradition

Rating: 10

We have been going to Little America's Sunday Brunch for over 40 years. It was a favorite with my inlaws, who first took my husband and I, and then later with our children. Now we have included the grandchildren. Easter is always a favorite time there with our family. You can't go wrong with excellent food, service and atmosphere. It has become a family tradition. Also you can't get a better meal than they serve in the coffee shop and dining roomand the prices are still reasonable.

Best Hotel I've stayed at

Rating: 10

Last week my wife and I visited Salt Lake City for two nights. When my wife walked into our room at Little America she fell in love with it. It was HUGE and CLEAN and very well decorated with great view. We have stayed in some of the best hotels in the world...like the Waldorf in New York, Queen Elizabeth in Montreal, and Royal Orleans in New Orleans...and other top hotels in virtually every large American and Canadian city...and many nice hotels in Europe...but we decided that our room at Little America was the BEST place we have ever stayed. Also the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful and the casual restaurant served wonderful reasonable priced breakfasts. We didn't try the other restaurants or bar but they looked nice too. This will be the only place we will stay from now on when visiting Salt Lake City.

Peppercorn Dressing

Rating: 10

Their Peppercorn/sour cream salad dressing is to kill for! Filet Mignon is very tender and taste is outstanding. The Little America Ribeye steak is the best I've had. It has an absolutely YUMMIE marinade.

Best Dining in SLC!

Rating: 10

If I remember correctly, there are 3 different parts of the restaurant: The bar, the "family" side, and the "expensive/fancy" side being the best. I took my girl friend to the "fancy" side for Prom and we had a wonderful time. Great food, good service, and a romantic setting make for one great restaurant.

There's nothing little about it.

The best value hotel in Salt Lake, Utah, and maybe even the country. Period. No other hotel even comes close. Kid-friendly. Best pool I've ever been in, it's big, VERY warm, and indoor and outdoor.

Hit The Holiday Buffet

Rating: 8

If they are still offering holliday buffets at the Little America I would highly recomend it. My family went there for Father's Day several years ago and the food was awesome. They had everything from Prime Rib to chocolate-dipped strawberrys as big as my fist. It was wonderful.

Nice hotel

Rating: 8

Before we moved to Salt Lake we stayed here a few times. The hotel has nice, comfortable rooms for a very decent price. There is ample parking in the structure and their restuarant has good food for cheap. The hotel is located in a convienent area.

American all the way

Rating: 9

when I'm craving comfort food-whether a hot turkey dinner with potoatoes, stuffing, gravy and cranberries, or a hot roast beef sandwich, or prime rib, it has to be Little America. No, it's not just for the geriatric crowd--we are in our 20's and love it!The service is always good, the food is always good, and the dinner rolls are out of this world. We always have to take some home. Portions are large, meals traditional, and prices reasonable. Even if there's a wait, the hotel lobby and shops are lovely. We prefer the coffee shop dining room to the other dining room at the hotel.
