Yes it is under ground!, very mellow and quiet, its part of the W-hotel..although DJ's are around, so it can get busy in there, if you are near union square then drop in a take a peak

yes it is underground but a modern feel, small place but do pop in!

Love how low key the alcoves are. Get a small group together and do it up in U Square. Usually semi-expensive but they're doing an Hour Open Bar for $5 on Halloween. Hit the link: http://bit.ly/aqCH9f
