IPR Guesthouse Zurich switzerland

Please understand the room has no toilet or
any bath or washing basin. 6 rooms share  
1 bath room and toilet.
I prepaid USD140. through switzerland Travel Center ,they confirmed that "room with bathroom".
There were none. I complained to STC and they did not do anything for me. But they mentioned that
It is illegal for the hotel to charge the full
amount until you check out, they are allow to
a 10% deposit only.But this hotel broke this law.
The bed is hard, the pillow is very bad. We woke
up hourly at night. Zurich's hotel is not
expensive.Later we stated at a very nice 3 star hotel for just USD140 and with breakfast too.Also
The owner is very rude.The contract is in German?
