One of the best hotels in Chicago
They definately have the best pool I have ever seen. It's like something from the 1920's. We always make a point to stay there around Chri...

Beautiful Hotel, nice beds and great location for shopping on the Mile. The only problem is there is this oriental bitch that works at the check in desk, that is very rude and wont help you do anythin -
I am the new mayor! Hope everyone has a happy stay at my hotel :) -
Pool is beautiful. We stayed in the main building. At the time the room was in need of minor maintenance-peeling wallpaper, peeling and molding caulking in the bathroom. Glad we used points... -
overall good hotel but in middle of inter there was a wind coming throught the window in the main bedroom... they kept sending a guy to fix it ... did this three times in a night but never offered to -

Love the tower but the rooms have no drawers for clothes! Strange. I was told just put my things on the top shelf in the closet. Huh? -
awesome hotel. -
The pool is 25 meters long. Perfect for lap swimming. Upgrade to the Historic tower we worth it -
Sweet pool and sauna, but sadly no hot tub. -
Bar staff awesome: discrete, know their beers, offer topups perfectly on time. -
That pool is gorgeous -

pool is pretty amazing and spooky at the same time. original pool from the late 20's, love the original pool tiling. -
This hotel has roaches and treats its employees terribly. I used to be a front desk agent here. Trust me, your money is better spent elsewhere. -

Groupon Rate: $99 per night! Billy Goat bender, fluffy pillow landing. -
The gorgeous mosaic pool is a must-swim feature. -
The ICChicago's bar is pretty good, for a hotel bar. -
(Disclaimer) For people who know me: I check in here for address privacy (not seedy stuff). BF lives next door-we go to this Starbucks 3x a week (+/-). Tip: the SBUX @ 444 Michigan has better service -
Cool Babylonian architecture. Starbucks shop less crowded than others nearby. Eno wine bar. Striking pool.
