under construction on the outside needs remodeling on the inside

near beach but a long way from restaurants and shopping areas. Oct 2006 outside was under construction, inside needs remodeling. Amenities were sparse. Must drive to go anywhere except the beach and cliff walk. Room also needed remodeling and a good cleaning.
