    • Print, in the Ink Hotel: This far west, normal rules don’t apply. Order a cocktail from the excellent bartender, then stick to salad and chicken, maybe the char.

    • Press is the rooftop bar. If you like Hudson Terrace, but aren't feeling bottle service and that type of crowd, this is a good option (backup).
