If your room number ends in 66, change rooms, because they are very small and don't have a desk. -
Best Western offers free internet! Come on guys, don't be greedy! -
Best place to stay. Close to tourist sites and Metro. -

Excelent ubicacion! Justo a 1 cuadra dl capitolio.. -
Ask for an upgrade to an executive suite, they are awesome! -
Executive suite is pretty roomy....flatscreen tv in the bedroom and living room!!! -
Nice, clean indoor pool here! -
The price for internet is $10 per day. I pay $25 for a month of. Unlimitted service. Way too much when you only use it for a couple of hours. -
Very good concierge -
Liked the place, location was good, staff friendly and had a fantastic nights sleep in a very comfortable king sized bed. Disappointed with the lack of bar fridge though-is this normal in the US? -
Try to get the Premier Suite. Awesome! And so roomy! -
Horrible night's sleep. Bed linens consist of a flimsy mattress pad, two flat sheets, uncovered duvet, and another flat sheet. No fitted sheet, so you wake up in a pile of lumpy sheets. -
It's a great hotel, but for the typical room price, internet should be free, its not like we just cracked the technology.... -
Staff could not have been any better! -
Nice stay! -
Breakfast much better than Art and Soul opposite: less fancy, but still nice. -
Beds are comfy and decor is nice. Staff were very courteous upon check-in. Other than that, nothing special. -
Gift shop too expensive. Seriously spent 5$ on soda n candy. Bring ur own. Just don't bother -
Michelle... thanks for the tip! We had the pool temp checked and you're right! We're warming it up now. Thanks!! -
The pool is pretty chilly. My kids wanted out after a few minutes-- water not warm enough. Seating area chilly for moms too. -
