Fantastic Service, easy check in. Geared towards business travelers who aren't looking for a hassle. The Starbucks coffee in the lobby for the AM helps too. -

Unable to fix issue in room, the Adar. Manager switched my room for me immediately. Awesome front desk personnel & house staff. -
The shuttle driver was not the nicest person. Hotel room toilet was turned off & broken. Front desk personnel quite nice & sending maintenance. Let's see if they ever show up.

If you have kids, try to get two queen beds. The sofa bed is exactly that. You will have a Seinfeld back torture moment in the morning. -
Typical Hyatt Place....everything is on point, customer service is cool. Check in was a breeze...
