Room standards not as good as other HDV's. Avoid the Villa Maria room as a weird layout having to walk through a bathroom into the main area and very tight for space. Great food and drink as ever -
Excllent service, friendly staff, great food. What more could you want. -
It's a mystery to me why this doesn't live up to the chain's standards. Its furst three months were promising. Needs a shake-up. -
On a Sunday morning breakfast should be about quantity and qualify...here you get neither. Have breakfast elsewhere, it's a rip off. -
Make sure you get the steak and home-made chips. Splendid! -
Lovely afternoon tea here, especially the scones. Have it served in the Library rather than the Bar, which is more of an evening place. Book at least a day in advance! -
Lovely suite. Slammy doors though. Keep you up all night. Service is a bit poo in bistro. -
Also check out Brown's Bar/Restaurant which is only a few doors down the street
