HORRIBLE HOTEL, SPIDERS, DIRTY SHEETS & TOWELS

Rating: 2

this was the worse place I have stayed in my life EVER!!! the milk during the breakfast was spoiled, we found 7 spiders during our weekend stay (alive), the bed sheets had lipstick stains and the towels were brown and smelled. we complained to the manager tamara and she did nothing at all to make our stay better, we actually ended up leaving on sunday to check into another hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Cute and Cozy

We just stayed here for one weekend. The hotel is really cute. A great location - you can walk everywhere from here. But it's still a little tucked away, to give you a little bit of a private feel. Oh, and the rooms immaculate. Don't miss the lobby cookies in the afternoon.

Location, Location, Location

Great hotel with a perfect location. Despite being in the middle of downtown, the Hotel is remarkably quiet. Hotel Santa Barbara fits perfectly into the culture of Downtown and the Santa Barbara feel.

Old World Charm

Rating: 9

I've stayed at this hotel twice and both times I've enjoyed my stay. The Hotel is situated in an old historical building right in the heart of State Street. You can walk right out of the front of the lobby and you are on State Street. The Hotel offers a continental breakfast and coffee, tea, and fruit are always available in the lobby.
