horrible experience with hotel and room

we should have been told at the time of booking of events happening within the hotel which would prevent us from utilizing all the hotels amenities. At a minimum, we should not have been charged full room price. Room was VERY small and musty as well. Way over priced.

    • Overnight parking two times more expansive than other places in downtown! Suggest use city park, enter on S market St, same quarter! No parking benefits for hotel guests! Day valet US$23!
