Partner Reviews: Hotel Monaco Baltimore - A Kimpton Hotel

    • Soak up the history: this Hotel used to be the headquarters of the B&O railroad. For Kimpton hotels to brand a property the "Monaco" name, that building has to be at least 100 years old to qualify!
    • Dog friendly, great bar restaurant- have Brendon make u his special cocktail!
    • Wine hour is really relaxing. Grab a glass and sit by the fire.
    • Gorgeous hotel with great service. Would recommend to anyone.

    • If you don't get to the cookies right at 4 then don't expect to get any.
    • Voted Best Staircase by City Paper for Best of Baltimore 2011
    • The password of the month is flip_flop...
    • Don't miss the complimentary happy hour from 5-6. The best sangria.
    • Staff Holiday Christmas party will be here on Friday, December 17...Come celebrate the holidays by enjoying food, music & fun. Be sure to wear your most festive Christmas attire! :)
    • Monaco is dog friendly!!!
    • "Snowflake" is the password for 2 free cocktails this winter. Mention at check-in.
    • make sure you close ur shades if ur gonna walk around naked. the rooms face each other on opposite ends of each level smart folks=P
    • The 4:00pm cookies are warm, but I thought they would be a little bigger.
    • The service was very good. Everyone here is extremely friendly & helpful.
    • If you’re checking in during the month of August 2010, say the word “Popsicle” at check-in and they’ll have a surprise for you!
    • For room service, I ordered Murray's Farms Chicken w/ Pesto Mash & Market Veg from B&O, and it was surprisingly really good. The chicken was roasted perfectly, the pesto was light & a little creamy.
    • Great hotel, nice rooms highly recommended
    • The B and O restaurant is a great place for lunch

a fair stay...but not worth the money.

My Family recently visited Inner Harbor and stayed three nights at the Radisson. The room was clean, but the shower didn't work well and the wallpaper was pealing in certain spots. The gift and coffee shop hours were not very convenient for weekend visitors--they were only open 7am to noon. The staff was very professional and courteous. The evening valet supervisor was on the money with any information we asked of him. We enjoyed our visit but the price for the weekend was very high considering the quality of the room.

We found this hotel have very friendly and accomodating staff. We had lost our cell phone in one of the hallways while we were unpacking our car. We immediately were assisted by staff members who would not give up until it was found! That was just the beginning of our stay. We were taken care of in every way by the friendly and very capable staff.
