    • I am shocked by how rude the staff was during my stay. The front desk was awful, I took them 45 minutes to check me in, and it was as if the were intentionally providing the worst customer service.

    • Great staff & aervice. My flight was very late & checked in to hotel at 3 AM. Y I was sooo thirsty & they brought a pepsi & a glass of ice to my room. Talk about caring about the guest.
